My journey into biofield therapies began after my own transformative recovery from a depression that reopened buried traumas. Inspired by my personal experience, where I witnessed my body, mind and soul recover and thrive, I have since committed myself to helping others find balance and wellness through proven, integrative approaches to healing.
In 2020 I made the conscious choice to change my career path. Since then, I have pursued in-depth, full-time studies with some of the most internationally recognized names in the world of natural and complementary health. I started applying what I’ve learned with my own family and friends and it soon spilled into my community, where my goal is to support others on their way to harmony and wellness.
My work is centered on the exploration and expansion of consciousness and the profound personal transformation that comes with it.
